Because nobody wins by being average at 12 industries. Every keyword list, landing page and negative list we've ever built is automotive. That focus is the only reason we can sell this below market rate.

Mechanical workshops, panel & paint, auto electrical, detailing, tint & wrap, 4WD/offroad, tyres & wheels, performance tuning, sunroof & glass, cooling/AC. If it's an aftermarket auto service, we've done it.
Q·03Do you work with dealerships?
Yes, on the service and parts side, that's our sweet spot. New/used vehicle sales campaigns are not our primary focus; talk to us and we'll tell you honestly if we can help.

Right now, no. We're Australia-only while we build out the playbook. NZ is on the roadmap.
Pricing & contracts
Q·05Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. On top of that, your first 30 days are fully refundable.
Q·06How is your pricing so much lower than my current agency?
Two reasons. One: single vertical. We don't re-learn your business, we've built the same automotive campaign hundreds of times. Two: productised tooling. Onboarding, landing pages, reporting, weekly negative reviews all run inside our own platform, not rebuilt in spreadsheets every month.
Q·07Do you charge a setup fee?
No. Zero setup fee on any plan.
Q·08What's the minimum ad spend?
$500/mo. Below that, Search campaigns don't get enough volume to make sensible decisions. At $500–$1,500/mo we run Search-weighted. Above $1,500/mo we run 50/50 Search + PMax.
Q·09Is ad spend paid to you or to Google?
Straight to Google, on your own credit card. We never touch your ad spend, only our management fee goes through us.
Setup & launch
Q·10How long does it take to go live?
7 days flat from signup to live campaigns. If we miss the 7-day mark, your first month's management fee is on us. No excuses, no extensions.
Q·11I already run Google Ads. Can you just take over?
Yes. We audit the account, keep what's working, and rebuild the rest. You don't lose history or conversions.
Q·12Who owns the Google Ads account and landing pages?
You own your Google Ads account, always. Landing pages are hosted on our infrastructure while you're a client. If you leave, we hand over all copy and creative.

Q·13How does the 30-day money-back actually work?
If you don't hit 20 leads in your first 30 days, or you're just not happy, email us. We refund every management fee you've paid, processed within 7 days. No questions, no conditions, no win-back calls.
Q·14What if my competitor down the road signs up?
They can't. We enforce category exclusivity by postcode cluster, one mechanic, one detailer, one panel shop per area. First in wins.

Q·15When will I see results?
Most shops get their first calls & form leads within 72 hours of launch. Cost-per-job usually stabilises by day 30. Big wins (below-market CPL, waitlists) typically show by day 60–90.
Q·16What kind of reporting do you send?
A one-page plain-English report on the 1st of every month. Bookings, calls, form leads, cost per lead, what we changed, what we'll change next. Plus 24/7 access to the live client portal.
Q·17Do you track phone calls?
Yes. Every call from an ad gets tracked, caller, suburb, duration, recording (where legally allowed), and whether it turned into a booking.
